The PGA professional is a business withing a business and should have a WWW presence.

What is needed.

We believe that the PGA golf professional should have an elegent, simple web site which projects his image and is capable of taking cash transactions for on-line tuition.

We also believe that the professional should have a portal to enable him to communicate club business to the membership. This might be as simple as publishing course status or assisting in the selection and management of team event thus supporting the funtion of Match and Handicap.

We also believe that it is in the interest of the PGA assistant to learn basic IT lifestyle skills and we encourage the creation and deployment of a Home Server. For an investment of less that £200 the PGA Assistant Professional could do wonders for the club and the membership, what could be achieved is beyond imagination.

There is great scope for development here.
